Participants of an international business mission are small and medium-sized businesses engaged in foreign economic activity. The purpose of the international business mission is the assistance in increasing the efficiency of production and sale of goods, works and services intended for export, searching for business partners, concluding cooperation agreements.

Within the framework of a business mission, the program includes:

  • Information and analytical reference on the state of the industry and the economy of the country under study (preliminary study);
  • Business forum with presentations of participating companies and B2B meetings;
  • Round table with representatives of the Chamber of Commerce / Trade Representation / Export Development Department / Union of Industrialists;
  • Technological tour of manufacturing enterprises;
  • Visit the exhibition.

During the Business mission a significant number of B2B meetings are held. Such a visit scheme allows the participants to work out the region of the visited country in a short time and without significant financial and labor costs, find trading partners, enter into agreements on test purchases, supply contracts, dealer agreements, etc.

Be sure to include:

  • Development and implementation of the business mission program;
  • Booking a room in a 4 * hotel with breakfast;
  • Organization of transfers from / to the airport;
  • Translation services, coordinator, accompanying person;
  • Organized lunches and dinners;
  • Cultural program.
